Mrs Trinh Thu Ngoc

Mrs. Ngoc is an expert in company management and banking. She has 15 years of experience working at the State Bank of Vietnam in various roles, from licensing commercial banks to supervising and restructuring them. She has been heavily involved in reviewing and developing policies for commercial banks.
Most recently, she has been the director of the office of a financial services organization, responsible for company management. In this role, she supports the board of directors in carrying out their duties.
Mrs. Ngoc holds a master’s degree in business administration with distinction from the University of Lincoln (UK).
